Exhibitor Information for BCFT Suppliers Night 2020

General Information

BCFT is pleased to announce our 26th Annual Suppliers' night on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. We are excited to return to the Delta Burnaby Hotel & Conference Centre, central and convenient to both suppliers and attendees! This event is an exceptional opportunity for learning about new companies, products and services and networking with other R&D technologists, food scientists, purchasers and senior management from leading food and beverage companies within BC.

Tabletop Registration Fees

$370.00 CAD through Nov 30, 2019
$460.00 CAD after Nov 30, 2019


Included with Registration Fee

  • A 6' × 2' table

  • A maximum of 3 representatives per company

  • Due to safety reasons, electrical outlets are provided by the hotel and can be requested during online registration for $25/table.


Additional options

  • A maximum of 50 Generic Advertising Posters can be ordered at the time of registration. These are generic posters to be presented by suppliers to customers as an "announcement" of the event; and are not for admission purposes. Generic Advertising Posters are free of charge to Suppliers and are available only until November 30, 2019.

  • Pre-printed Company Invitation Postcards: 4"x6" with your individual company name can be ordered for presentation to your customers and used as paid invitations to the Suppliers' Night event. A max of 200 Company Invitation Postcards can be ordered at one time during online registration, up until the Early Bird deadline.  The price is $7.50 up front for each postcard (due to late or missed payments in the past). Each postcard is printed with a unique number so no photocopies will be accepted for entry. All unused postcards will be charged; however, undistributed postcards can be returned for a refund of $7.00 per card and a refund cheque will be mailed following the event. Only actual postcards that are returned to the registration desk on the day of the event are eligible for refund; postcards returned by mail following the event will not be accepted.



Please review the updated IFT rules and regulations that govern the annual BCFT Suppliers' Night. You will be asked to agree to these terms before submitting your registration. Space is limited and will be allocated after payment in sequence. Registration is not complete until payment is confirmed through PayPal. Registration alone may not guarantee a suppliers' night reservation.

IFT Rules for Exhibitors

  1. Must be limited to table top displays. Table size is 6' x 2'.

  2. Permitted at table top displays:

    1. Educational sales literature;

    2. Samples of ingredients, additives or food products;

    3. Sales premiums, souvenirs, handouts;

    4. Instruments and/or equipment (if they can be self supporting and set on the table)

  3. Prohibited at table top displays:

    1. Free standing floor displays;

    2. Table top displays that exceed 5 feet above the table;

  4. No dismantling of the set is permitted before the end of the event. (Show hours are from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.)

  5. Draw prizes are allowed - it is the responsibility of the supplier to draw and present their prize.

  6. By completion of the Suppliers' Night registration, the exhibitor agrees to conform to the rules of the exhibition.

  7. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds within 14 days of the event. Refunds prior to 14 days will be 50% of original payment.

The IFT Regional Sections and its agents and employees assume no risk and by the acceptance of this agreement the exhibitor expressly releases them of and from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods, from any cause whatsoever.
