Suppliers' Night - 2010

BC Food Technologists Association invites you to exhibit in our 2010 Suppliers' Night table top event.  Our event will be held on Tuesday April 27th, 2010.

Our show creates an opportunity for networking and displaying of your products and services to R&D Technologists, Food Scientists, Purchasers, and Senior Managers from leading food and beverage manufacturers in BC.

Due to the Vancouver Olympics, we have needed to reschedule this event from our usual time in late February to a more convenient time in April. This decision has been made after much deliberation, research and planning. Unfortunately we will not be able to coordinate with the Portland and Seattle Suppliers Night shows this year, but will return to our regular schedule in 2011. Thank you to all who have provided valuable feedback and comments on this temporary change.

We are excited with our new location! It is central and convenient for both suppliers and attendees. More information on accommodations and directions to/from the airport and the Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre can be found on: www.deltahotels.com.  The Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre is conveniently located off the TransCanada (# 1) Highway near the Willingdon exit in Burnaby, BC.

Fees for Suppliers' night tables

$350 US or $350 CDN 

IMPORTANT - CONVENIENT ONLINE REGISTRATION

All registrations must be completed online at the Supplier Registration Page.  

Please note: mailing or faxing registration form is no longer available.

Payment must be received before table tops are fully reserved.

Space is limited and will be allocated after payment.  Registration alone does not guarantee supplier’s night reservation.

Please review the hotel's shipping policy for packages; please use this label on all packages.

We are also making postcards for your clients available at $0.15 per postcard. We have defaulted the registration to 20 postcards. These postcards are printed reminders you can send to your clients describing the show. If you need more cards just enter the number when registering. If you do not wish any, enter 0. Requests for postcards must be made by March 8, 2010.”

As with 2009 Supplier’s Night we have added a seminar section prior to the show.
